How do I request a formal quote?
Visit our Contact & Quotes page and fill in the RFQ form. We will respond with a formal pro-forma invoice within 48 hours. You can also email us directly at sales@frameshiftpro.co.za or WhatsApp +27 73 860 1591.
Do you sell only new equipment?
Yes. All equipment sold by FrameShift Pro is brand-new, sealed in original manufacturer packaging. We do not sell refurbished, ex-demo, or second-hand equipment.
Can you issue a pro-forma invoice for a funding application?
Yes. We issue pro-forma invoices formatted for enterprise development grant applications, government procurement, and institutional purchasing. Contact us with your requirements and we will prepare the documentation within 48 hours.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept EFT (bank transfer), PayFast, Visa, Mastercard, and Ozow. For large orders, direct payment by your funding body or procurement department can be arranged.
Delivery
Do you deliver to Lesotho and other SADC countries?
Yes. We deliver cross-border to Lesotho, Botswana, Namibia, Eswatini, Mozambique, Zimbabwe, and other SADC countries. We handle all customs documentation and export compliance.
How long does delivery take?
Within Gauteng: 1β2 business days. Major SA cities: 2β4 business days. Cross-border: 5β10 business days. See our full Delivery Policy for details.
Is my equipment insured during delivery?
Transit insurance is available on request and strongly recommended for high-value equipment. Please ask us to include this when requesting your quote.
Equipment & Warranty
What warranty comes with equipment?
All equipment carries the manufacturer's standard warranty. Warranty periods vary by brand and product β typically 12 to 24 months. We assist with warranty claims on your behalf.
Can I return equipment if it's faulty?
Yes. Faulty equipment can be returned within 7 days of delivery for exchange or refund. See our full Returns Policy.
